.I. General Terms✦  These terms and rates posted are for commissions that are for personal use only.✦  Original Characters, pairings (Canon X OC, Canon X Canon), NSFW is accepted.✦  For NSFW commissions, a price rate increase is in order. (20-70USD, depending on the composition, number of characters, etc.)✦  Please understand that this is NOT on a strict first come first serve basis. The first ones to reserve the slot would be started first but is not guaranteed to be finished the earliest, unless a deadline is specified.✦   Watermarked progress photos will be sent via email. Watermark may include the name you have used in your form.✦  The basic information of the commission is posted publicly via google spreadsheets* for transparency and progress tracking. The real names, usernames, or any personal information of the client will not be shown. View the google sheets file here.✦  Client may choose whether to allow the artist to post/share any media/information related to the commission anywhere.
.II. Turnaround Time✦  The Proposed Turnaround Time is within one month from the confirmation of receipt of your paid reservation slot, with an allowance of two weeks (total of one month and two weeks.) or the month you reserved your slot in. (eg. Reserve slot for April, maximum turnaround time for the piece is at end of May.)✦  Due to work schedule changes, the turnaround time is 2 months for the completion of the artwork if: 1.) character (rkgk or rendered) half body or full, but with bg a.k.a full illustration; 2.) multiple characters; or 3.) any commission prompt of equal or greater complexity, upon reservation if a deadline is not set.✦   For any extensions that is a month or more than the proposed turnaround time without prior notice or update, clients have the option to refund an amount total to the remaining work due. (ex. 50% of work done, payment refundable is 50% of the TOTAL commission cost)
.III. Commercial Artwork vs. Personal Usage✦  For non commercial artwork, client should agree that the artist's signature (usually at the bottom corner of the artwork) should not be removed. Watermarked and non-watermarked versions of the artwork will be sent for client's usage.✦ For commercial purposes, an estimate would start at 1.5x the original price, depending on the duration or nature of usage. Please contact the artist's email directly for more information.
.IV. Quote and Mode of Payment (MOP)✦  Please note that the quotes are base prices only, and your final quote may change depending on the complexity of your character design.✦  Currency accepted MOP is United States Dollar (USD) and Philippine Peso (PhP) via PayPal or Wise.✦  The final quote will be decided prior to any payment the client will make and will not be subject to any increase throughout the process, unless major revisions are requested by client.For Partial payment:✦  25% of the final quote is required to be settled for reservation of commission slot, and this is non refundable.✦  Upon sketch, client is required to pay at least 50% of the final quote.✦  Invoices are due in max two months, or until the artwork is finished. Client will not receive the HD/non watermarked files until payment is settled.
.V. Post NoteIt is highly encouraged to commission with absolute certainty, as the artist values your ideas/designs/characters, and would not use them or repurpose them for anything else, should the piece be cancelled.
Your vision and feedback is important, so please do not hesitate to relay your thoughts, no matter how small, specially during progress of the illustration.If there is anything I need to take note of, please let me know beforehand.
